Without a foundation

May 30th's devotion was really got me thinking.
I feel as humans we strive for stability. We want to make sure nothing goes wrong or be extremely prepared for the unexpected, but most of all we want things to be perfect. Then when things just don't go according to plan, we lose it. We worry. We stress about the things that we can't control. Anxiety then takes over. But having a foundation in God, makes all of it bearable. He knows the plans He has for us. That's why He says not to stress about tomorrow. He has us in His hands! This foundation He has for us, is to decrease the worry, the pain, and anxiety. The point of it all is to trust Him when the times are tough and know that He is tougher.
